At Continue, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services possible. And that includes our return policy. We understand that clothing might not fit as expected sometimes, but that should not worry you; we got you! At Continue, we offer a free returns policy on clothing items.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care.

Return Eligibility

For an eligible return, ensure your item is in its original condition with the tag still attached, unworn, and original packaging. Also, you need to present proof of purchase or your receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at our customer care. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How about you return the merchandise of Continue collection three days or seven days after receiving the package? The return shipping label will be free for the return. That's how much at Continue we care about you.

How Do We Know That You Have Received Your Item?

Your Continue collection item has a tracking number that assists us in knowing when you received the item. After seven days, you will incur shipping charges for return items.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Some items can't be returned, such as personal care goods, ear studs, earrings, masks, swimsuits, underwear, and custom products, including personalized items or special orders. Please get in touch with us if you have questions about a certain item. Also, we don't accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the one you have and make a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we notify you if the refund was approved or not. When a refund is approved, you receive a credit for your next purchase in our store. Unfortunately, we don't refund your initial payment option.
